Basappa (75), a resident of Ramakrishnanagar in city, passed away yesterday.
He leaves behind two sons, two daughters and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites were performed at the burial ground on Jodi Thenginamara Road in Bannimantap here this afternoon.
