Karnataka State Open University (KSOU) has organised Basava Jayanti celebrations at its Cauvery auditorium in city tomorrow (May 22) at 10.30 am. Davangere University Vice-Chancellor (VC) Prof. B.D. Kumbar will be the main speaker. KSOU VC Prof. Sharanappa V. Halse will preside.
