Mysuru: City’s Nesara Sapthagirish will be leading the Karnataka State U-15 Girls Team which will be taking part in BCCI U-15 Girls One-Day Trophy 2024-25 to be held at Dehradun from Nov. 21 to 29.
Nesara, who is studying 9th std. in Manasarowar Pushkarini Vidyashrama, is being trained at Bowlout Cricket Academy in Mysuru.
She is the daughter of M.K. Sapthagirish and Sukhprit Kaur couple, residents of Agrahara. Incidentally, Sapthagirish, who is Senior Auditor, Accountant General Office, Bengaluru, had led
Mysuru Zone U-23 and University of Mysore Men’s Team.
Apart from Nesara, three other players from Mysuru — Liyanka Shetty, U.J. Karishma Gowda and K. Harshitha have been named in the State team.
