Mysuru: A wild bear attacked a man and injured him while he was attending nature’s call. The incident took place at Hosuru Haadi of H.D. Kote on Friday night.
Forest officials said that the injured has been identified as Kulla, a tribal.
The bear which came from a nearby forest pounced on him when he was answering nature’s call. When he screamed for help, residents of his hamlet rushed for his help.
He was given first-aid at H.D. Kote Taluk Hospital and later shifted him to the District Hospital for further treatment, officials said.
