BJP, JD(S) plotted MUDA case against CM

Mysore/Mysuru: KPCC Spokesperson M. Lakshmana has said that the alleged MUDA sites scam was a conspiracy orchestrated by the Opposition BJP and JD(S).

Speaking to reporters opposite the Lokayukta Office in city this morning, he claimed that certain BJP and JD(S) leaders with “a criminal mindset” hatched a plot to falsely implicate Chief Minister Siddaramaiah in MUDA case.

“The BJP and JD(S) leaders used Snehamayi Krishna, T.J. Abraham and Pradeep Kumar to file false cases against the CM,” Lakshmana alleged.

“But the Court for Elected Representatives has accepted the B Report filed by Lokayukta, which conducted a thorough investigation into the charges. This is a clear slap in the face of the Opposition leaders,” he claimed.

He also demanded that Snehamayi Krishna, who filed the case against the CM, reveal the leaders behind him and the source of his funds.

Earlier, Lakshmana and other Congress supporters celebrated the Court order, raising slogans such as ‘Congress JanaparaHoratakkeJayavagali’ and ‘Satyameva Jayate.’ District Congress President Dr. B.J. Vijaykumar, party leader N. Bhaskar and other leaders were present.
