BJP MLA Suresh Kumar for party organisation on UP model

Mysuru: Former Minister and BJP MLA from Bengaluru’s Rajajinagar Constituency, Suresh Kumar, has mooted Uttar Pradesh model for party organisation in the State.

Speaking at the Chamaraja Constituency booth level ‘Vistarak’ meeting at Ganga Parameshwari Samudaya Bhavan in Tilak Nagar here yesterday, he said that BJP National President Amit Shah had stayed for 15 days in UP, taking part in ‘Vistarak’ meets across that State ahead of the UP Assembly polls earlier this year. This initiative of the party’s National President should be an inspiration to every BJP worker, he said.

Emphasising that the party workers should work towards creating confidence among the electorate, Suresh Kumar said that the workers at the same time should also highlight the failures of the Congress Government in the State.

Lashing out at the state Government for practising ‘Vote Bank Politics,’ he said development had taken a back seat under Congress rule.

Giving tips to booth level workers, Suresh Kumar stressed on the role of booth and block level workers in catapulting the BJP to power in the 2018 Assembly polls.

Corporator Nandeesh Preetham, leader Prabhakar Shinde, Rangaswamy, Satish and others were present during the meeting.
