Mysore/Mysuru: The newly formed Hemaganga Sahitya mathu Samskruthika Pratishtana, Mysuru, will be inaugurated at a programme organised at Ideal Jawa Rotary School premises on JLB Road in city on Apr. 16 at 10 am.
Two books ‘Barabaarade Neenu’ (collection of ghazals) and ‘Matapu’ (collection of haikus) authored by A. Hemaganga will be released on the occasion.
Following achievers will be presented with awards in recognition of their achievements in their respective fields:
‘Karunada Sahitya Nidhi’ Award: M.B. Santhosh and A.N. Ramesh Gubbi; ‘Sahitya Ganga’ Award: B. Shobha, Dr. Sougandhika V. Jois, C. Vani Raghavendra and N.R. Roopashri; ‘Gayana Ganga’ Award: M.K. Athishay Jain; ‘Chutuku Ganga’ Award: Patangi S. Murali and ‘Sahitya Chilume’ Award: Varalakshmi Manjunath.
