The Deputy Director of Mysuru City Central Library has stated in a press release that as the maintenance and book verification works are being taken up at all the library branches of Mysuru City Central Library in Hunsur, K.R. Nagar, Periyapatna, Nanjangud, T. Narasipur, H.D. Kote, Bannur, Saragur taluks, the public cannot borrow books from the libraries. However, public can make use of newspaper service and other reference services at the libraries.
