Nanjangud: In separate cases, a 16-year-old boy and a 40 year-year-old man have gone missing from Nanjangud.
In the first case, 16-year-old Bharath, a resident of Kempisiddanahundi village in the taluk, who left his house on Oct. 19 at about 9.50 am after leaving behind a letter, has since gone missing.
In his letter, Bharath has stated that he is leaving the house and will return in two years after earning money besides asking the family members not to search him.
He is 5.5 ft. tall, oval faced, oily red complexioned, normal built, speaks Kannada and was wearing a blue coloured full arm shirt and black pant at the time of going missing.

In the second case, 40-year-old Chandraiah of Hundi village in Chamalapura, Nanjangud Town, who called his wife over the phone on Oct. 15 at about 7.30 am and said that he was going to Bengaluru for construction work has since gone missing.
Chandraiah is 5.5 ft. tall, round faced, oily red complexioned, has the name ‘ANKAMMA’ tattooed in Kannada on his right hand, has mark of an old wound on his back, speaks Kannada and was wearing a red coloured shirt and grey coloured pant at the time of going missing.
