BSP workers told to be ready for Lok Sabha polls

Mysuru: Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) Karnataka in-charge Dr. Ashok Kumar Siddartha has asked the party workers to ensure that the party performs well in the forthcoming Lok Sabha polls.

Addressing Mysuru zone party workers at Kalamandira here yesterday, Siddartha said that the 2019 Lok Sabha polls was an important one for the party and as such, the party workers should strengthen the base of the party right from the grass- root level.

Expressing hope that N. Mahesh, the lone BSP Minister in the JD(S)-Congress coalition Government would take care of the party’s prospects in next year’s LS polls, Siddartha said that party workers should strive for making BSP Supremo Mayawati as the next Prime Minister.

BSP National leader Veer Singh, National Vice-President Dr. Jayaprakash Singh, State President Prof. Hariram, leaders Arakalawadi Nagendra, Dr. Srinivas, Sosale Siddaraju and others were present.
