Mysuru: Karnataka State Khadi and Village Industries Board (KVIB) is conducting the survey of BPL families’ loan defaulters in the district. Hundreds of beneficiaries have not repaid loan amount including interest after obtaining loan under Pattern Based Scheme (PBS) and CBC Scheme of the Board.
The Board must submit the list of BPL family loan defaulters to the State Government within a month and hence, it has requested such defaulters to submit four photocopies of BPL card duly attested by their respective Panchayat Development Officers (PDOs).
In case if any loan defaulter has already died, the members of such family should submit four photocopies of BPL card to the Department along with the death certificate of the loan defaulter.
The attested copies should be sent before Sept.25 to the District Office of Karnataka State Khadi and Village Industries Board, Chamarajendra Technical Institute, First Floor, District Industries Centre premises, Sayyaji Rao Road, Mysuru-570001.
