As part of International Women’s Day celebrations, various competitions have been organised for women at RamaGovinda Rangamandira in Ramakrishnanagar on Mar. 26 between 9.30 am and 1.30 pm, under the aegis of Sakhi Foundation and Surya Charitable Trust. It features ‘Super Atte-Sose’ for mother-in-law and daughter-in-law; Desi Softdrinks Competition; Entertainment Competition, Rangoli Competition; ‘Sakhigondu Saree’ programme.
On the occasion, ‘Spoorthi Sakhi’ award will be conferred on Sudha Yoganna, Pushpa Iyengar, Jayalakshmi Venkataramu, Suma Subramanya and Vidu. Nethra Nandan by former MUDA Chairman H.V.
