‘Yuva Samalochakas’ and ‘Yuva Parivarthakas’
Department of Youth Empowerment and Sports (DYES) has invited applications from youths to serve as ‘Yuva Samalochakas’ and ‘Yuva Parivarthakas’ for a special programme jointly announced by DYES and Centre for Public Health, Department of Epidemiology, NIMHANS, Bengaluru, in Mysuru district.
Candidates who are interested to work as Yuva Samalochakas must have completed M.Sc (Psychology) or MSW (Social Work) or any degree. For Yuva Parivarthakas, candidates must have passed any degree. Those in the age group of 35 years, proficient in Kannada oral communication and inter-personal communication and has the ability to train the youths in community can apply.
Preference will be given to candidates from Periyapatna, Hunsur, K.R. Nagar, H.D. Kote, Nanjangud and T. Narasipur.
Interested can send their details along with a copy of their marks card to Yuva Spandana Kendra, Chamundi Vihar Stadium, Nazarbad, Mysuru, within 5 pm on Nov. 27.
