Car glass broken, purse and gold jewels stolen

Mysore/Mysuru: Miscreants, who broke the glass window pane of a car, have made away with a purse containing cash and gold ornaments. The incident took place in front of Sai Baba Temple at Ramakrishnanagar ‘E&F’ Block in city. The man, who lost his valuables, is Veeresh Nagadagowder, a resident of Ramakrishnanagar ‘E&F’ Block.

On May 25 at about 8 pm, Veeresh parked his Maruti Swift car (KA-35-N-0189) in a vacant plot, opposite Sai Baba Temple and went home.

When he returned at about 7.30 am the next day, he found the window glass of his car broken and on inspecting the car, he found the purse containing Rs. 1,000 cash and gold ornaments weighing 7.5 grams missing.

Veeresh, on May 28, has lodged a complaint at Kuvempunagar Police Station.
