Mysuru: A career counselling session will be held on Saturday (June 3) at Senate Bhavan, Manasagangotri campus, from 9.30 am.
The programme, organised by The Hindu, is open to all and will feature officials from the Karnataka Examination Authority who will make a presentation on the CET counselling and admission procedure for the benefit of students and parents, and clarify their doubts.
This will be followed by a presentation on alternative career choices by professional career counsellors. The presentation by CET and career counsellors will be followed by a question and answer session in which resource persons and experts from Engineering and Medical fields will take part.
All the participants will get a free copy of “The Nxt. Step,” a career handbook.
Students, who have cleared their II PUC this year besides those enrolled for II PUC as well as their parents may attend the event, according to a press release.
