Karunuday Singh of India, taking part in the Central Excise 15,000$ ITF men’s tennis tournament in Kolkata on Thursday, scored a 6-3, 3-6, 6-3 win over Mysuru lad Suraj R. Prabodh and entered the semi-finals in the men’s singles event at the Bengal Tennis Association’s Courts.
In a tie which lasted for one hour and fifty eight minutes, Karunuday Singh served well with 6 aces in the match and won 79% of his service games and outsmarted his rival who had a first serve percentage of 69% only.
