Mysore/Mysuru: Chain-snatchers are at it again in the new year, with a woman in her fifties, being robbed of her chain in Vijayanagar Police Station limits on Jan.11.
Manjula, 57, of Hootagalli, was on her usual evening walk along the road that links Sudarshan School in Hootagalli’s KHB Colony with Vinayaka Enclave in Vijayanagar 4th Stage, at about 4.15 pm on Jan.11, when two bike-borne miscreants managed to yank off her 30 gm gold chain and fled in a flash. Vijayanagar Police have registered a case.
