Chamarajanagar COVID Hospital deaths: Probe Commission sets up office in Mysuru

Mysore/Mysuru: The one-man Commission of enquiry comprising Justice B.A. Patil, a retired Judge of the Karnataka High Court, which has been formed by the State Government to probe the events leading to the death of 24 COVID patients at Chamarajanagar District Hospital on the intervening night of May 2-3, has set up the Office at Jaladarshini Guest House premises on Hunsur Road in the city.

 Accordingly, the kith and kin of the dead, individuals  having interest, associations and organisations can make submission of documents that are available with them concerning the incident, along with an affidavit, within 15 days.

The submissions can be made either in person during working hours of the Commission Office  or through a registered post. 

Those who submit  documents along with the affidavit, are required to appear before the Commission of Inquiry  in person on the intimated date, according to a press release issued by the Secretary of Justice B.A. Patil Inquiry Commission.
