Mysore/Mysuru: Vardhanti Mahotsava of Goddess Chamundeshwari will be held atop Chamundi Hill on July 10. The Festival is held in the month of Ashada, under Hindu Chandramana calendar.
5.30 am: Mahanyasa Purvaka Rudrabhisheka, Panchamruta Abhisheka, Sahasranamarchane and Mangalarati; 9.30 am: Mahamangalarati; 10.30 am: Chinnada Pallaki (Golden Palanquin) Utsava, Mantapotsava, Prasada Viniyoga; 8.30 pm: Utsava Phala Puje, Durbar Utsava Mantapotsava and Rashtrashirvada.
On July 10, darshan for devotees will be facilitated from 8 am onwards after special abhisheka is completed and on Ashada Fridays, temple will be closed at 10 pm, according to a press release.
