A nature walk was organised this morning at Chamundi Vana (forest) on the right side of Chamundi Hill main entrance.
The Chamundi Hill forest is an ancient one, which has a unique ecosystem with diverse plants and bird species.
Dr. Arjun Prasad Tiwari, Scientist from Regional Museum and Natural History was the resource person who explained the interconnectedness of such natural ecosystems.
The walk was organised in memory of late Prof. K. B. Sadananda, who had learnt the language of plants seamlessly.
