I am a 61-year-old retired person. I took my first dose of Covishield vaccine at the District Hospital in Metagalli on 30.3.2021 and I got the certificate also.
On 30.4.2021, I took my second dose at the same hospital but I could not download the certificate from the CoWIN app.
After some days I started getting messages stating that the second dose is due on such a date. I ignored it as I have already taken the vaccination.
On August 12, I visited the District Hospital for enquiry about 2nd dose certificate. They told me that my Aadhaar card number was wrongly entered in the computer and hence I was not getting the certificate.
So they changed my second dose date as 12.8.2021 in the computer, that is 4 months later date. Now, the question is as to which date I have to follow for my booster dose. Will the concerned from the Health Department help me out?
