Cheeyabera G. Parvathy (Mechanda), wife of C.A. Ganapathy (retired Circle Inspector), passed away last night at her Flat in Suntune apartment, Swimming Pool Road, Saraswathipuram. She was 78.
A native of Kottur near Cherambane in Madikeri, she leaves behind her husband, three daughters, a son and a host of relatives and friends.
Cremation took place at the foot of Chamundi Hill this afternoon.
