Periyapatna: Cheranda Janaki Uthaiah (Allumada), a resident of Lingapura in Periyapatna, passed away yesterday at her residence.
She leaves behind one son, one daughter and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites were performed at Lingapura this afternoon, according to family sources.
