Chikkamadappa (66), retired Assistant Sub-Inspector, BJP leader and a resident of Chunchanahalli village in Nanjangud, passed away on Wednesday night following a heart attack.
He leaves behind his wife, two sons and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites were performed at his farm in Chunchanahalli, according to sources.
