Chikkanna (69), son of Kapani Beeregowda of Tonachikoppal in city, passed away here yesterday.
He is an uncle of former Corporator J. Gopi. He leaves behind his wife Bhagyamma, sons Puneeth and Dhanush, daughter Poornima and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites were performed at Tonachikoppal Burial Grounds this afternoon.
