Mysuru: The Founder of city-based Learners PU College, Murali Mohan, who is an Hon. Citizen of China, had organised a study tour for Chinese students as part of edu-tourism.
A group of 27 students with 3 faculty visited India on a month-long tour to get exposed to Indian culture and education system.
They are undergoing IT training at Manipal campus, Bengaluru and visited Mysuru recently to get exposed to Yoga and interact with students and faculty of Learners PU College.
They were received by Madhavi Lata, Principal of Learners PU College. The Chinese students shared their views on how both India and China have a long history of knowledge exchange relationship. They gave information about their culture, Chinese food and showed pictures of famous historical places of China like The Great Wall of China, Forbidden City etc.
They were trained in yoga by Ranganath of GSS Foundation, Mysuru. They also visited MYRA School of Business and visited historical places like Mysore Palace, St. Philomena’s Church, Zoo, etc.
