Prof. R. Shivappa, Regi-strar, University of Mysore, has been chosen for Kalyana Karnataka Rathna Award by Bengaluru-based Jana-snehi organisation, to mark its decennial celebrations.
Shivappa is a Professor in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Community Development and Local Admini-stration. He was appointed as Registrar on Sept. 7, 2019. The date and place of the award presentation would be decided after the COVID crisis eases.
