Mysore/Mysuru: The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Mysuru Summit on ‘Industrial Sustainability & Environmental Compliance’ will be held on Aug.13 at 10 am at Hotel Southern Star on Vinoba Road in city.
Themed ‘Embracing ESG for Sustainable Future & Business Growth,’ the Summit will bring together industry leaders, policymakers and experts to discuss importance of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles in driving sustainable growth. It will explore latest trends, technologies and best practices in ESG compliance and industrial sustainability.
Eswara Rao, Chairman, CII Mysuru & Vice-President, JK Tyre & Industries; Prof. D.S. Ramakrishna Rao, Chairman, Indian Green Building Council (IGBC), Mysuru Chapter & Director, Desirazu Associates; Sohanjeet Randhawa, Convenor, CII Karnataka Environment & Sustainability Panel & Director – Sustainability & Communication, Volvo Group India Pvt. Ltd.; Anand Muthukrishnan, Deputy Executive Director, CII Sohrabji Godrej Green Business Centre; Ravi Raghavan, Past Chairman, CII Karnataka State Council & MD, Bharat Fritz Werner Ltd., will speak.

The first session titled ‘The Role of Technology in ESG’ will focus on how technology can drive positive ESG outcomes. The next session on Roadmap to ESG Compliance will explore achieving and maintaining ESG standards. The third and final session will focus on Driving Environmental Sustainability for Competitive Advantage.
