Mysuru: The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Mysuru Manufacturing & Technology Panel is organising the Annual Manufacturing & Technology Conference on Dec.18 at Hotel Radisson Blu in city at 10 am.
The theme of the Conference is “Operational Excellence – Journey to Business Excellence.”
Arjun Ranga, Chairman, CII Mysuru and CEO of N. Ranga Rao & Sons, will be chairing the Annual Conference. Muralidhara Reddy, Convenor, Manufacturing and Technology Panel of CII and Vice-President, Operations and Site Head, Jubilant Generics, will set the theme of the conference.
Dr. N. Muthukumar, Chairman, CII Karnataka and President and Whole Time Director, Automotive Axles, will deliver the Special Address. Kamal Bali, Managing Director, Volvo India, will deliver the keynote address. D.K. Lingaraju, Joint Director, District Industries Centre (DIC), Mysuru will deliver the inaugural address.
Process improvement is an on-going effort to improve the organisational processes which can enhance the offerings on products and services. Operational Excellence is an element of business strategy that stresses the application of a variety of principles, systems and tools for ensuring sustainable improvement of key performance metrics through involvement of every employee.
