City students excel in Yoga

The prize winning students — Harshitha, M.D. Vaishnavi, Vedika Manya Shivam and Rajath Giri — are seen with Yoga Teacher H.M. Ravanikar and Principal S.M. Sathya Sulochana.

The following students of Sree Nataraja Public School, Sree Hosamutt,  Shankar Mutt Road, participated in the Sub-Junior Boys and Sub-Junior Girls Artistic Group in the ‘Karnataka Individual Yogasana Sports Championship – 2021,’ organised by Karnataka Yogasana Sports Association, Bengaluru, at Haveri on Oct. 25 and have won prizes:

M.D. Vaishnavi (VI std.) – 1st prize; Vedika Manya Shivam (V std.) – 1st prize (Yoga Kishori); Neeraj Rajiv Shivam (VII std.) – 1st prize; Rajath Giri (VI std.) – 1st prize (Yoga Kishora); Harshitha (IV std.) – 1st prize (Yoga Kishori).

BGS School of Yoga had awarded these students with ‘Yoga Kishora’ and ‘Yoga Kishori’ titles for outstanding performance, dedication and commitment towards promotion and propagation in the field of yoga. Yoga Teacher H.M. Ravanikar has been awarded the title of ‘Yoga Shree.’
