I am P. Madhumalesh, brother of Manoj Kumar, who died in the cylinder blast incident at IISc., Bengaluru, recently. I am writing this to clarify about a news which was published in Star of Mysore dated Dec.8 titled, “IISc. pays Rs. 10 lakh ex-gratia to city researcher’s wife.” The actual scenario is that we have not received anything and it’s just a rumour.
