Clogging of Rajakaluve with drainage water and silt

Sir,

There is a big Rajakaluve – Rain water drain running in Dattagalli crossing the Ring Road. This Rajakaluve is filled with drainage water and silt, emanating foul smell in the entire area and thereby causing health hazard to the residents.

I appeal to the authorities concerned to clear the Rajakaluve by repairing the UGD pipes and manholes lined inside the Kaluve.
