Mysuru: Karnataka Skill Development Corporation (KSDC) has organised a job mela on July 15 and 16 in city and in that context a meeting of various organisations and leaders has been called tomorrow at 11am at Jaladarshini Guest House here.
The Job Mela would be held at Kalamandira premises here which will be inaugurated by Chief Minister Siddharamaiah on July 15 at 10 am. Over 100 stalls would be erected at Kalamandira premises for participating companies to do the recruiting process, according to Kannada and Culture Assistant Director H. Channappa.
Tour: Muralidhar Halappa, Chairman of Karnataka Skill Development, will be in city from tomorrow till July 16 to participate in job mela and other functions.
Another job mela on July 23: Marking the birthday of city JD(S) President K. Harish Gowda, a Job Mela has been organised by Harish Gowda Sneha Balaga on July 23 at J.K. Grounds here.
City JD(S) Gen. Secretary Basavaraj said that the Mela was being organised in association with ‘Udyogadatha’ of Srirangapatna.
He said that candidates in the age group of 18 to 35 years with a pass in SSLC, PUC, Diploma, ITI, degree and post-graduation can attend the Job Mela with a resume along with at least ten copies of marks card.
