Mysuru: Condemning the ineffective governance of the BJP-led NDA Government at Centre in not asserting rampant atrocities on Dalits, minorities and women in the country, over 500 activists of Bahujana Samja Party (BSP), Mysuru division, took out a protest rally from Ramaswamy Circle to Kote Anjaneyaswamy Temple here this morning where a stage programme was held later.
The BJP activists alleged that Prime Minister Narendra Modi was just hoodwinking the people with slogans like ‘Sab Ka Saath – Sab Ka Vikas’ but focussing on RSS principles.
They pointed out that the PM was too keen to rope in foreign players with investment thus jeopardising nation’s economy. They pointed out that after BJP came to power in Uttar Pradesh, there has been a collapse in law and order with a quantum leap in crime. They added that BSP supremo Mayawati was not allowed to present her point in Rajya Sabha leading to her resigning from the position.
The rally was led by District BSP President Beemanahalli Somesh and BVS leader Siddaraju.
The stage programme was addressed by Marasandra Muniappa, Karnataka in-Charge and member of National Executive Committee.
