Bengaluru: The State Congress will release its manifesto for the upcoming Assembly polls on Apr.27. The manifesto, said to be containing more than 200 promises, will be released simultaneously at different places by top leaders of the party.
While AICC President Rahul Gandhi, who will be campaigning in the State, will release the manifesto at Mangaluru, Sam Pitroda at Bengaluru, senior leader Mallikarjun Kharge at Kalaburagi and former Union Minister and MP Shashi Tharoor at Hubballi on Apr.27. The manifesto is prepared by party’s Manifesto Committee headed by MP and former CM Veerappa Moily, taking into consideration all local, regional and State issues.
