Mysore/Mysuru: In a bid to strengthen regulatory compliance and promote transparency in the real estate sector, the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI), Mysuru Chapter, will host a Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA) Awareness Seminar on Saturday, Dec. 6, 2025.
The event will begin at 4.30 pm at Mysuru Builders’ Charitable Trust (MBCT) Hall on Akkamahadevi Road, J.P. Nagar, Mysuru.
The seminar is designed to educate builders, developers and allied stakeholders on the latest developments under the RERA.
Senior officials from the Karnataka RERA Regulatory Authority will address key topics, including: Recent amendments to RERA and their implications, compliance procedures and documentation best practices, developer responsibilities and consumer rights, mechanisms to boost buyer confidence through regulatory transparency and CREDAI Mysuru’s initiatives to support industry readiness.
CREDAI Mysuru emphasised that the seminar is part of its ongoing commitment to fostering a robust and accountable real estate ecosystem in the region.
