D. Doddaiah (96), a senior Congress leader and a resident of Ramanuja Road, passed away at a private hospital in the city yesterday.
He leaves behind seven daughters, sons-in-law and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites were held at the foot of Chamundi Hill this noon, according to family sources.
