Govindu (83), President and priest at Sri Durgadevi Temple in Gandhinagar and a resident of the same locality, passed away yesterday at a private hospital in Bengaluru.
He leaves behind his wife, three sons, a daughter and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites were performed at Gandhinagar Burial Grounds here this afternoon.
