Mysuru: Daksha College, Mysuru, had organised a function to honour over 100 teachers, Head Masters and Principals with ‘Shikshana Ratna’ Awards at its premises in city recently in recognition of their exceptional contributions to the field of education and their role in shaping the future of society.
‘Shikshana Ratna’ award is a tribute to educators who, through their dedication and hard work, lay the foundation for a thriving and enlightened society. By nurturing knowledge, values and critical thinking skills, teachers play a pivotal role in fostering innovation, compassion and resilience in students.

Eminent personalities such as Prof. Mallepuram G. Venkatesh, former Vice-Chancellor of Karnataka Sanskrit University, Dr. B.R. Hiremath, Deputy Commissioner of Excise Department, Gunavantha Manjunath and K.D. Shyla were present.
