Dasara from Sept.21-30: CM to chair high-power panel meeting in B’luru today

Mysuru: With less than two months left for the commencement of Nada Habba, Chief Minister Siddharamaiah is scheduled to chair a  High-Power Dasara Committee Meeting  at the Conference  Hall in the third floor of Vidhana Soudha in Bengaluru today at 3.30 pm.

The meeting will be attended by District In-charge Minister Dr. H.C. Mahadevappa, who is also the Working President of the Dasara Committee; Deputy Commissioner D. Randeep, who is also the Dasara Special Officer; Minister Tanveer Sait, Mayor M.J. Ravikumar, ZP President Nayeema Sulthana, MCC Commissioner G. Jagadeesha, MUDA Commissioner Dr. M. Mahesh, City Police Commissioner Dr. A. Subrahmanyeshwara Rao, Superintendent of Police Ravi D. Channannavar, Regional Commissioner M.V. Jayanthi, Additional DC Yogesh, KEA CEO N.M. Shashikumar, ZP CEO Shivashankar, Department of Archaeology, Heritage and Museums In-Charge Director Gavisiddaiah and other officials.

The MPs and MLAs of Mysuru, Mandya and Chamarajanagar, who are Members of this Committee, are also expected to attend today’s meeting which will discuss the budget, extent of celebrations, Dasara Logo, Gajapayana, the chief guest to inaugurate the festivities atop Chamundi Hill among  other details.
