Declare uniform Dasara holidays for schools across State

Mysuru: Hotel Owners Association President C. Narayanagowda has urged the District Administration to declare holidays for schools all over the State during the ten-day Dasara celebrations in Mysuru.

This will help the parents to visit the city along with their children to participate in the celebrations, he said.

Reacting to this suggestion ADC T. Yogesh said that the decision to declare holidays for schools throughout the State is the one that has to be taken by the State Government. In the light of this if you give it in writing to the District Administration, it will be forwarded to the State Government, he said.
