Dr.S.K. Mittal of city, a member of All India Animal Welfare Society, had filed a defamation suit in 2018 against Maneka Gandhi, accusing her of making baseless charges when she was a Union Minister. The First District and Sessions Court which heard his review petition on Saturday, issued a notice to Maneka Gandhi, asking her to appear before the Court and adjourned the next hearing in the case to Mar.1, he said and added that senior advocate H.B.
