Mysuru: The District-level Dasara CM Cup Sports Meet will be held on Sept. 26 and 27 at Chamundi Vihar Stadium in the city.
The 1st and 2nd prize winners in individual events and first prize winner in team events of the Taluk-level CM Cup Sports Meet held at the 9 taluks of Mysuru district will take part in the District-level CM Cup Sports Meet.
For Men: 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1000m, 1500m and 5000m Running Race, Long Jump, High Jump, Shot-Put, Triple Jump, Javelin Throw, Discus Throw, 110m Hurdles, 4x100m Relay and 4x400m Relay.
For Women: 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1500m and 3000m Running Race, Long Jump, High Jump, Shot-Put, Triple Jump, Javelin Throw, Discus Throw, 110m Hurdles, 4x100m Relay and 4x400m Relay. Apart from that, Volleyball, Football, Kho-Kho, Kabaddi, Basketball, Wrestling, Badminton, Hockey, Handball, Table Tennis, Throwball and Yoga events will be held.
Sporting events organised for District-level Selection: Tennis, Netball, Swimming for men and women (100m, 200m & 400m Freestyle, 100m & 200m Backstroke, 100m & 200m Breaststroke, 100m Butterfly, 200m Individual Medley and 4x100m Freestyle Relay) have been organised.
