Mysore/Mysuru: Co-operation and District Minister S.T. Somashekar will be in city from July 15 to 17 to participating in various programmes.
July 15: 5 pm – The Minister will conduct a spot inspection of Hale Unduwadi Water Supply project and stay overnight in city.
July 16: 7 am – Somashekar will conduct inspection of various works undertaken by MCC and MUDA and will inaugurate the water tank at Vijayanagar 1st Stage, which has been completed under AMRUT. The Minister will also dedicate the intermediate pump house to supply Kabini water at Vijayanagar 4th Stage, which has been built under JnNURM project.
10.30 am – He will chair MCC review meeting at MCC Hall.
12.30 pm – He will chair Karnataka Urban Water Supply and Sewerage Board (KUWSSB) progress review meeting at its premises in Saraswathipuram.
3 pm – Somashekar will inaugurate Oxygen Plant set up by BAI, Mysuru Centre and CREDAI at Seth Mohandas Tulsidas Hospital on JLB Road and participate in an event organised to honour to doctors and volunteers of Triage Centres, who served during second wave of COVID pandemic.
July 17: He will launch online tax payment system at MUDA and chair a progress review meeting.
