Docu on six-decade journey of Kadamba Ranga Vedike released

Mysore/Mysuru: Theatre person Mime Ramesh has lauded fellow theatre personality Rajashekar Kadamba for achieving greater heights by founding his own troupe and managing it well.

Mime Ramesh addressed the gathering during the release of Kadamba Ranga Vedike – Aaru Dashakagala Sarthaka Ranga Yatre, a documentary on six-decade journey of Kadamba Ranga Vedike, organised by Kannada Sahitya Kala Koota and Kadamba Ranga Vedike, at Sriranga auditorium, Kalamandira premises in the city last evening.

 “It is matter of great happiness that the documentary of such a person is being released. It is due to his nature of helping others that he still remains in demand, as he has been constantly helping artistes. Rajashekar Kadamba has kept his association with theatre alive. It is not easy to build a theatre, which has been efficiently handled by him, that holds a mirror to his achievement,” said Mime Ramesh in appreciation of Rajashekar Kadamba.

Writer N. Dhananjaya, President of Mysuru District Amateur Theatre Artistes Forum H.S. Suresh Babu, Director H.R. Raviprasad, documentary Director D. Madhu and President of Kadamba Ranga Vedike Rajashekar Kadamba were present.
