Doddamma (99), a resident of the town, passed away yesterday at her residence. She leaves behind 4 sons including senior Congress leader P. Swamygowda and Private Bus Agents’ Association President P. Puttaraju, 4 daughters and a host of relatives and friends. Last rites were performed at the banks of River Cauvery in T. Narasipur this afternoon.
