Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Study and Research Centre, Karnataka State Open University (KSOU), has organised the 128th birth anniversary celebrations of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar on Apr.29 at 3.30 pm at Cauvery auditorium in its premises here. Kuvempu Institute of Kannada Studies (KIKS) Director Prof. Nilagiri M. Talwar will inaugurate. KSOU Vice-Chancellor Prof. D. Shivalingaiah will preside over the programme.
