The District Administration in association with ZP, MCC, MUDA and Social Welfare Department will be celebrating Dr. Babu Jagjivan Ram’s birth anniversary by garlanding the statue of Dr. Babu Jagjivan Ram in front of the City Railway Station at 9.30 am on April 5 (Wednesday), according to a press release.
