Past 40 you have to respect your age: Senior Surgeon Dr. C.G. Narasimhan

Mysuru: Past 40 years people have to respect their age and undergo medical examinations periodically, said city’s Senior Surgeon Dr. C.G. Narasimhan. 

Speaking after inaugurating the two-day Dr. (Col.) L.N. Raja Memorial Legends Premier League – T10 Cricket Tournament at SDNR Wadiyar Stadium in Manasagangothri here this morning, Dr. Narasimhan, remembering actor Puneeth Rajkumar and cricketer Ravi Keerthi’s sudden death due to cardiac failure, said “While the reasons for cardiac arrest may vary, it is important to undergo regular checks to keep a check on the health condition of the heart.”

The tournament features senior cricketers, who have represented Ranji Trophy, Karnataka State, Mysuru Division and University of Mysore Cricket teams, showcasing their experience and skills at SDNR Wadiyar Stadium and JSS SJCE Cricket Grounds. 

The valedictory and prize distribution will be held tomorrow   at SDNR Wadiyar Stadium at 4 pm. 

KSCA Mysuru Zone Convenor R.K. Harikrishna Kumar, Chairman S. Balachandar, Dr. Madhavi Raja (wife of late Dr. (Col.) L.N. Raja), Organising Committee members Sanjay Raja, Prajwal Raj and Srinivas Prasad were also present.
