Mysuru: Dr. Shalini Urs, Founder and Chairperson, MYRA School of Business, Mysuru, has been invited by the Royal Academy of Engineering (RAE), London, to chair a session on ‘Knowledge Economy’ and speak at their ‘Frontiers of Engineering for Development’ symposium being held at Pretoria, South Africa, from Dec.3 to 6.
The ‘Knowledge Economy’ session that Dr. Urs is invited to chair will focus on creating a platform for Measuring Learning Activities and Outcomes primarily looking at Leveraging Learning Analytics to improve Education. She will present a paper on “A fit bit for learning: tracking learning and outcomes.”
The RAE is United Kingdom’s national academy for engineering which brings together the best engineers from a range of institutions including academia, industry and government from across the globe to advance and promote excellence in engineering and innovation both in the UK and globally.
